Brief
Site, role, shift, pay rate, start date, must-have certifications. Five-minute call.
Match
Vetted candidates from our books filtered by location, licence type, availability, prior site history.
Confirm
Booking confirmed to candidate + client. Site address, contact, start time, role specifics.
Track
Shift attended. Hours captured. Driver feedback logged. Compliance re-checked at 12-week boundary.
Our SLA approach
For active clients, we agree response-time and fill-rate SLAs in writing. We measure ourselves against them in our CRM and share the data with you in a monthly review.
Response time
Acknowledged within target window from receipt of request (typically <1 hour in business hours).
Fill rate
Percentage of raised vacancies filled with a suitable, vetted candidate by required start time.
No-show rate
Percentage of confirmed bookings where the driver did not attend. Our worst-case scenario. We track it because it matters more than fill rate.
Live aggregate fill-rate and response-time data will be published here once we have a meaningful sample size. Until then, we publish nothing rather than make it up.
Live data, not retrospective reporting
Active clients get read-only access to a live dashboard showing every driver currently placed at your site, their compliance status, hours booked vs. hours worked, and any flagged issues, refreshed in real time from our CRM.
