• Register as a candidate (name, contact details, licence and certification details, references, Right-to-Work documentation)
• Post a vacancy (your name, company, contact details, vacancy details)
• Submit any contact or enquiry form on this site
• Visit our website (cookies and analytics, see our Cookie Policy)

How we use it

Candidate data is used to match you to vacancies, conduct compliance vetting (DVLA checks, reference verification, Right-to-Work checks), and pay you for any work undertaken. Client data is used to manage our commercial relationship and provide recruitment services. Enquiry data is used to respond to you.

Lawful basis

For candidates: contract (vetting and payroll) and legitimate interests (vacancy matching). For clients: contract (recruitment services). For website analytics: consent. For enquiries: legitimate interests, or steps to enter into a contract at your request.

Who we share it with

We share candidate identity with a hiring client only when we are putting you forward for a specific role, and with your knowledge. We use trusted third-party providers to run our website, store data securely and communicate with you (including cloud hosting, secure database and messaging providers), all are bound by data-processing agreements and may only use your data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it outside the Tezlom Logistics group for marketing without your consent. We may disclose data where required to do so by law.

Retention

Candidate records: 6 years from last engagement (for compliance audit purposes, in line with REC guidelines). Vacancy and general enquiries: 3 years. We keep data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit and secure cloud storage. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed fully secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at logistics@tezlom.com.

Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
