About this role
Tezlom Logistics is hiring an experienced Recruitment Resourcer for our own office in Southport (PR9). You will be writing and posting vacancies, sourcing candidates and telephone-interviewing applicants, mostly HGV drivers and warehouse staff, then taking them through compliance: documents, checks and references, through to the point they are ready to work. It is busy and phone-heavy, with several candidates running at once.
£27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. Full time, Monday to Friday, office based in Southport town centre, with flexibility on hours and working days. Free town centre parking after three months, casual dress, early finish Fridays, lunch provided, employee discount, regular team events, and a loyalty holiday ladder that adds an extra day's holiday every year for five years after two years' service. The role can stay as advertised or move towards the sales side as the business grows.
